Publisher: Eating Peacefully was launched at the beginning of 1999! It is the cumulation of over 24 years of helping people achieve beautiful lives. Each issue is designed to increase self-love, while developing positive self-leadership, awareness, focus, energy, and confidence. Everyone, no matter what their personal background, can create a life of emotional joy and prosperity.

Publisher: My passion is helping people work with their emotions and helping them to feel good in their bodies! I write these weekly newsletters to provide easy access to the tools necessary to rise out of despair into overflowing joy.

Publisher: Each issue includes inspiring motivational articles, quotes, and special serialized topics. The purpose of each issue is to strengthen your ability to lead your life with vision, inspired action, an inner peace instead of leading with stress, worry, anger, fear, or despair.
